As a Tulsa native, I’m deeply connected to this community and the people who make it special. As a plant enthusiast, Certified Interior Decorator, and proud Oklahoma State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising, I believe people are at the heart of what I do — the homes are just the perk. If you are looking for a relator that is honest, caring, communicative, accessible, knowledgeable and most of all passionate about serving her clients, then Alexis is the relator you want representing you. Alexis walked us through the entire process from beginning to end with the utmost integrity from the first offer to the final offer and was able to get our home sold for the asking price. Alexis is honest and knowledgeable about home pricing and market trends which is refreshing. We received an offer right after we listed the home that was low and she advised against it even though she knew we wanted a quick sale, since we were moving of of state. We had faith in her market knowledge and her honesty to reject the offer. We had to move out of state before the home sold, and she immediately had the home staged and ready to show within 24 hours. The communication with her was impeccable whether it was voice to voice, text, or e-mail. There were times we sent a text after 9:00 PM expecting an answer in the morning, but she responded right away without hesitation. Her attention to detail and caring attitude went all the way to closing- even replacing the smoke alarm batteries for the new home owners, because the batteries were low. We highly recommend Alexis Oaks as your realtor whether you are selling or buying. Initially, she will be your realtor….by the end, she will feel like family. I can’t recommend Alexis Oakes highly enough! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know where to start, I was so nervous about everything. I met a few different realtors in the area and they were nice but I still had so much anxiety about the whole process. When I first started talking with Alexis, that was when I started to actually feel like owning my own home was a good choice and started to get excited about it. She really listens to your needs and helps you understand even the more complicated stuff. Alexis is the best in the biz. She is warm, friendly, and down-to-earth while also being extremely professional and good at what she does. I was a skeptic thinking all realtors were just out for their own dollar trying to oversell you, but our experience with Alexis really changed my perspective. We came to the table with very specific needs and I’m probably a little difficult to be honest, but Alexis took our needs to heart and built trust with us along each step of the journey. The home finding process is by no means a walk in the park but with Alexis by your side it feels so much easier. We found my “happy ever after” house and we don’t plan on moving, but if we ever need to sell this house or buy another, Alexis will be the person we trust to take us through that too. I don’t know if it’s normal to want to put your realtor on your Christmas card list, but Alexis will always be on ours, that’s how much of an impact she made. I found Alexis Oakes by Posting in a Jenks MomsFacebook group. I sold my home and purchased another home with her - closing both on the same day. Alexis was a dream to communicate with, very professional yet personable at the same time. She made time for me when it was needed amidst a very busy season with other clients.
