We have not sold a house in a long time. Lindsey was a great help to us in advising how much home repair to do before putting ours on the market. The local market was not bad, 30 days on the market was the average when we listed. The house was listed on a Wednesday and by Friday night we had two offers. By the next day we had decided between the two, one of which was for the full asking price and the other for above asking price. Knowing that there were other houses nearby that had been on the market for at least a month, we were quite surprised that we received offers so soon. Our house was sold before the weekend! Though there may be other factors, I credit Lindsey and her good advice with our rapid and smooth sale. If I ever have another house for sale or that of a friend in our town, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Lindsey Stucky!

Jim bigelow and sold our house in 6 days when we really needed to move! He also told us all the aspects of houses to look for when looking for a home. He took us to lots of different houses and then he found one that had no issues that he saw. That day we made an offer and he helped us get the seller to come down as much as we could! My wife-to-be (at-the-time) and I were looking to find, purchase, and move into a home within a matter of two months time, as our lease on our apartment was coming to an end.
