I fell in love with Tulsa and moved here over 25 years ago. During those years, I have spent countless hours researching new home builders as well as established neighborhoods. I am knowledgeable about the builders, the floorplans, the neighborhoods and know the pros and cons of them all. From historic Midtown to the various suburbs around the “918,” I have researched them all and can help you find the location that best fits your family.
My husband and I chose to put our roots here and raise our three children here because of our love for the area and the people. Not only does the “918” have affordable housing and job opportunities, but it also has desirable community support. The Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum, BOK downtown arena, Tulsa Arts District, revitalized Rose District in Broken Arrow, and the city of Bixby’s Chamber initiative are all part of what makes this area a great place to live. The Tulsa area also offers strong choices for higher education. As a parent who has one Northeastern State University graduate and two currently attending Oral Roberts University, I love that the “918” offers top educational choices right here in our city. I love the uniqueness and beauty of our Tulsa community and am thrilled to be able to share all the many wonderful things the “918” has to offer with my clients.
In addition to having a degree in English and Journalism from the University of New Mexico, I am also a certified mediator--a skill which makes me a strong asset to you as we go through the buying and selling process. I recently sold and bought a home in the height of this competitive market, so not only am I trained to guide you through it, but I am also well aware of the process from your perspective. I met Tami at an open house and "WHO KNEW" ....from that day she exemplified the epitome of, "Trust"! Tami listened to my wants, needs, must haves, & can't live without list. First time home buyers. Very unsure entering the market. Tami went above and beyond explaining the pros and cons of each situation. Communication was 100% the entire time. Seller took some items that, per contract, were suppose to stay and Tami made sure we got them back super quickly. It was a fast 3 week close and we felt like it went so smoothly thanks to Tami. Will recommend Tami to family and friends. Will work with her again in the future.
