My prior real estate agent kept delaying getting the property listed and complaining about how much work was involved. So I thought it was time to take the situation into my own hands and quickly found a capable, quality realtor. I found Kathy's information on a house for sale, right up the street from the property I wanted to sell. I contacted her and Kathy came and viewed the property. Kathy's expertise and professionalism showed itself at every step of the process. We agreed to a contract and she promptly put up a For Sale sign! Her photographer created stunning photos that showcased the property, and her marketing programs showed me metrics of the Ad efficacy and who the Ads were targeting on a daily basis. We had 3 showings the day she listed and an offer within the first 24hours. That one fell through, we re-listed and promptly had another offer, all cash this time. She deftly and quickly helped me through the negotiation process. She worked tirelessly on my behalf to make sure I got the best deal possible. She delivered near impossible results with incredible timing against the market, as we were heading into the holidays. She listed and closed on this property in approximately one month. Success needs no explanations! I would strongly recommend Kathy as she knows her market, is a consummate negotiator and was very easy to work with.
