Hey did an exceptional job of selling our home -- we moved to a retirement community and needed to sell the home -- facilitate an estate sale and move to our new homevwith as little interuption in our life style as possible. Hye supervised the picture taking and video preperation that was absolutely fabulous. We received a full price - all cash offer that turned sour after three weeks of discussion and Hye was able to get us free of that offer and vetted another buyer who purchased the house in a very timely fashion. She worked with the people doing the estate sale to insure the house was always in 'showable' condition and coordinated the mover's efforts so everything went smoothly and on time.

Hye has the energy, integrity, knowledge and most of all a real sentiment to truly help families successfully navigate their way in selling and/or buying a new home. Hye was always prompt. Her willingness to meet us for early evening meetings, because of work hours was extremely helpful. Her callbacks were prompt. We had 100% open communication and working rapport, which is imperative. Hye is a very experienced and organized agent who went above and beyond the call of duty in the sale of our home. We were working with a slightly shorter timetable and she handled it with ease. She will go over every detail that may help with the sale of your home no matter how small whether it's pictures or staging.
