Andrea Goss
My husband and I have been through our fair share of moves. We have lived in both the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets. I am very particular in my wants and needs as a client, so I know how to help navigate that for you as well. You are the one living there, not me, so it is my job to help you through the process of buying or selling.
I previously worked in retail at various Petco stores in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City areas for 12 years, then at Paycom for two, and finally at the State for a year, before pursuing my dream of becoming a real estate agent. All that to say, I know what it means to work hard, and to do what is needed to help you meet your goals.
Many people ask why real estate? The truth is... I love the idea of helping someone find "their home" and helping them achieve their version of personal success. I want to help guide people and teach them the process as we go. It can be such a rewarding process. I also teach classes to people considering getting their own real estate licenses. I truly believe that knowledge is power, and with that comes guidance, understanding, and growth. Whether it be personal or professional. My overall goal is to help you reach yours.
Buying, or selling a home can be stressful, but as you have read, I have been through the process several times personally, and now, also as an agent. I want to help bring clarity to the real estate transaction, and to ensure a positive experience for you and your family. I am a first time home buyer and Andrea was everything that I could have asked for and more. Any questions she didn't immediately know the answer to she would research and have to me within an hour, and she went above and beyond to make the closing process as smooth as possible. She was always thinking about ways that could help me come out ahead in negotiations and was very good at keeping me up to date on where things were at in terms of the process. She quickly and efficiently communicates, and on top of all that she is a very kind person who genuinely wants you to find exactly what you're looking for. Would definitely recommend, and if we ever need an agent again we will be calling her.
