Kathy Young, is a most professional, ethical & conscientious realtor! It was such a pleasure to work with such a cheerful lady with such a wonderful attitude. She makes purchasing a home fun & exciting! I was deeply impressed with her ability to get things done, and quickly! Upon meeting with her clients, she learns the desires, wishes & expectations for purchase of a home, and starts her “homework” immediately. Kathy outlines the perimeters of the buyer requirements and as soon as the client is ready, she starts showing the homes, having made the appropriate contacts & appointments. Time is never wasted, as everything is planned and mapped out for the consideration of her clients and within the time limit. All of the little nitty-gritty” details to be taken care of from the time of contract, through the inspections, repairs & until day of closing, Kathy oversees. To purchase or sell a home, is a series of major decisions & consulting.
