Brenda is a wonderful, helpful real estate person. I had already moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Idaho so she was there for me to see everything went smoothly. Appraisals can be very difficult, but she worked with everyone to make sure it was done correctly. I would use her again in the future. She sold my home in 4 days!

Brenda Melancon came to my home sat down and explained the selling process along with listing prices of my area. We decided on a listing price and she got flyers ready. The pictures where great.She showed my house 2 sometimes 3 times a week. She had a contract to me 30 days. Negotiations occurred... Contract signed. Very happy with her knowledge and abilities. She was attentive and pleasant to work with.
