We used Raven to sell our home as well as with the purchase of our one. The process couldn't have been any smoother. She's very knowledgeable and takes complete ownership of the entire process. I would happily use Raven again.

We chose Raven to sell our family home and it was one of our best real estate experiences ever! Her personality and professionalism was unmatched which made the entire experience organized and easy. She set our expectations about the process and timing and she was spot on with each of her suggestions. We were actively on the market for under 3 months and the close was without incident! I have used her several time and she is absolutely AMAZING!! She is so patient and diligent and very honest in everything. I appreciate her attentiveness to details and swiftness in getting the job done. She is always so kind and quick to respond or help with whatever you need. She knows the areas, knows the market and knows how take an aggressive approach to helping you buy or sale. This is one GREAT realtor and just an outstanding person to work with. Raven is the best, I wouldn't use anyone else. I used her 2 years ago to sell and to buy, and am using her for both transactions again. She has integrity and excellent follow up. I first contacted Raven about 1 1/2 years before I actually put my house on the market. Even though she knew I wasn't quite ready to put my home up for sale and find another one, she still took time from her schedule to spend several hours with me discussing options, pricing, and timing. I had never purchased a home by myself so her patience, understanding, and knowledge was greatly appreciated. She was always at the other end of the phone and never left me wondering about details. Although she has been in the real estate business for years, she was just as eager to help find what I needed as if she just received her license. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and would let me know "what was next" throughout the entire process. She sold my home very quickly (a week I think) and was extremely helpful with the small details and extra tips even after both homes closed. I would highly recommend Raven Beck to any buyer or seller.

Raven is very helpful and friendly. She always responded to my many emails, texts and phone calls. She showed us several houses and made the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house pleasant and seamless! If we ever move again we will be using Raven!
