I would highly recommend Larry Ahrens to anyone buying/selling a home. As a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the process of negotiating and purchasing a home. After almost 3 years of off and on again searches and countless showings, I found the right one. And Larry was just as quick to answer his phone on the last house as he was on the first house.
