My husband and I are both in the military, and we had to sell our house quickly due to relocation. Also, we had to move out of state before putting our house on the market, so we had to rely on her for everything that had to do with the house. Joanne and her team have an accurate assessment of the market, and their strategy of selling a house is just remarkable. With their recommendations and effort, we sold our home within a week. From the beginning to the end, she took care of it all. She monitored our maintenance house when we couldn’t be there. She is very charismatic and persistent. Mostly, she is all about achieving her clients goals. I don’t think we would have been able to sell out home if it wasn’t for her and her team. Joanne was wonderful to work with! She really knows her stuff, and she was able to tell us very specificity what we needed to do to sell our home. She did a fantastic job staging our home and had it sold in less than four days! Joanne was always willing to set up appointments for us to go look at potential new homes, she was available to answer our many questions, and she was very knowledgeable throughout the whole selling and buying process. We highly recommend Joanne Keeter!
