I’ve lived in Oklahoma nearly all my life and raised my family here since the 1980’s. Real Estate has been my passion for the past 8 years. As part of Coldwell Banker Select's top producing team for the last seven years, I’ve taken pride in my interactions with clients. Teresa is an amazing realtor! Being military, our family moved from England to Oklahoma and she made the process much easier. It’s difficult to shop for a new house when you are a world away. Teresa did a great job in helping me get the house ready for market at just the right price. She babysat me thru an experience that I had not done before (selling my home) and was always available to quiet my fears. She explained the process in detail and she sold the house in TWO DAYS. I would highly recommend her.

Teresa is awesome to work with!! She is very knowledgeable about the buying and selling of homes. She is quick to respond to email and texts! Very negotiable with what I wanted in selling my house and with buying my new house. This is the first house I bought by myself and she help me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her and have to my friends in which two friends are the process of working with her now.

Teresa Favors was a magnificent agent in the selling of our house to the buying of our dream home. She was professional, diligent, and always honest with her advice. We knew we could trust her when she took us to look at homes. Teresa was thorough in her research and "right on" with her thoughts and ideas.
