Janice Richardson

Janice Richardson is a native of Tulsa. She began her career in the Electric/Gas industry. She spent 20 years as a visionary leader at Direct Energy. Over her tenure she gained experience and success coordinating and monitoring operations across various departments. She is an effective leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations and promoting organizational efficiencies. Highly committed with a hardworking mentality to maintain quality of services and products. Janice obtained her real estate license in 2023. She has 2 sons and one granddaughter, and one crazy wild cat named “My Guy”. When she is not working on her business, Janice enjoys continuing her education and is currently enrolled in TCC pursuing her AA in Applied Science with focus on business management and technology. Janice enjoys traveling with her family, exploring what’s new in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. She loves pilates and gardening.

Her years spent in the Utility industry helped her gained important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
