About Terrill Turner

I’m Terrill Turner, a Tulsa-area Realtor with Coldwell Banker Select. I was born in Tulsa and grew up in Broken Arrow, so this market is more than a collection of neighborhoods to me. I know the communities, the differences between them, and the kinds of questions people really have when they’re deciding where to live, when to move, or whether it’s time to sell.

My approach to real estate is simple: understand the person first, then build the strategy around what they’re trying to accomplish.

A large part of my work is helping homeowners understand their position before they make a move. That means looking beyond a quick home-value estimate and helping sellers think through pricing, competition, timing, preparation, market conditions, and what the next step should actually be. My background in valuation and market analysis helps me bring a more analytical perspective to those conversations, while keeping the process practical and easy to understand.

While sellers are a major focus of my business, I also work with buyers, landowners, investors, and people who simply want better information before making a real estate decision. I believe good real estate guidance should educate, not pressure.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, working out, golf, and staying involved with my church. Family relationships are important to me, and so is finding ways to contribute something useful to the people and communities around me. Whether that means helping someone understand the market, think through a move, or simply make a more informed decision, I want people to walk away from a conversation with me feeling like they gained clarity.
