Jake immediately was hands down everything we needed and more in a realtor. My wife and I looked on Zillow for weeks looking for a house and Jake was always prompt with his thoughts and knowledge. Turns out, he really did know what we wanted more than we did after we described what was most important to us. He also drove us around after hours because I worked such strange hours (after 7pm) to the houses we wanted to see. But, in the end we put an offer on the house that he wanted to show us because it was a perfect match for us. We walked in and immediately had that feeling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jake is not your normal realtor. He will go above and beyond for his clients. Our family decided to sell our Midtown home and move to South Tulsa. Jake was very helpful in finding the right neighborhood and home for our family. We had an abnormal deal when trying to buy our new home due to the selling realtor's mistake. Jake showed his negotiating skills through this and kept us in the loop every step of the way as he fought for our best interest. He was also fantastic on the sell side of our home. He went the extra mile to produce high quality pictures, brochures, and media to get our house sold very quickly. He has a knowledge and passion for the real estate business, but more importantly he cares about his clients and their best interest.
