Ryan is knowledgeable of the process; if he doesn’t know the answer to your question he’ll find out and tell you the same day. He is very patient, respectful, honest and has excellent customer service. He is very responsive, if you call or text him, he answered right away or within the same day. The most important thing to me is that he listens to your needs.

We went into the process of selling our house blind, the whole process was a little overwhelming. Ryan made everything so simple! We needed work done to our stairs, he found a guy to do it for us. He was always volunteering to help do anything or bring us the stuff we needed to make repairs. He printed us a picture of our house with the address to put in our daughters baby book! We could not have asked for a better realtor! You will not regret picking Ryan!

Ryan was absolutely fantastic in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one! He was very patient as we looked at many homes (and re-looked at several). He gave expert advice throughout the entire process. When we had questions throughout the process, he was quick to respond and to assure us that the process of home buying & selling was proceeding normally.

We first started working with Ryan when he worked as a superintendent of a house builder back in 2014 and we really seen and admired his work ethic then. He made the home building experience very enjoyable! We have worked with 3-4 realtors in the past but wanted to go with Ryan when we decided to sell and buy this last time since he had become a realtor. We have never seen anyone advertise and market to sell our home the way he did! He went above and beyond!! He was always there for us when we wanted to look at a new home and was always available at any moment if we needed him. He is very knowledgeable and attends to the needs of his clients

This was my first time to buy a home and I had a lot of questions. I was rather afraid of making a mistake that would ruin everything or being taken in on a bad deal. Ryan was a guide like Gandalf. Ryan was recommended to me by my brother. Through the process, he listened and learned what I was looking for in my forever home...the "must haves" and the "deal breakers". We looked at many homes, and sometimes we would leave quickly stating "we came, we saw". When we arrived at what is now MY home, we both knew...walking through that it was "the one". It had everything I wanted and more; not too big, yet not too small. He accommodated my many requests to "go look again" in order to measure this, or check that. For those 3-long months of home shopping...we had fun, became friends and keep in touch today. "We came, we saw, we found MY perfect home".

Ryan was very professional and courteous to our needs/wants. He helped us in selling our old home and purchasing a new one. We even had some rather unique circumstances arise during the whole process (none of which was his fault, or caused by him) and Ryan did what he had to do to make sure everything was good to go. He always went above and beyond what was required and always treated us as if we were his only clients (and we knew we were not). I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking into buying or selling property.

Ryan was awesome. He had answers to all of our questions except when it came to the VA and the appraiser fighting about the value of the house. But when he did not have the answer he made it a priority to find the answer as fast as possible. Ryan was very flexible with our schedule and always communicated everything that was going on through the process.

Ryan was great to work with! ALWAYS very responsive and that was a big concern in our choice of agent. He always got back with us very quickly and gave good honest advice. We had our home listed for 5 months- for sale by owner (w/an MLS #) and we sold within roughly 3 weeks once we listed with Ryan! We would definitely work with Ryan again on future endeavors!
