Over the last 10 years I have experienced excellent success helping homeowners sell their homes, move to a larger home, downsize, and even relocate to other states. In the beginning I realized that in my own life I had experienced moving to a larger home several times, downsizing, purchasing investment rentals, relocating to another state, purchasing land and finally purchasing commercial properties. I had real life experience with all the real estate phases I would helping others with. Roger sold my house in 10 days.Roger has the determination and knowledge to get it done.I thought I wouldsell my house myself and so fortunate Roger talked me out it. There are so many unseen things you can run into and believe me I did. Roger took us by the hand and walked us through it all I'm so grateful we chose Roger to help us sell our home of 14 years. It's a big deal selling your home and a lot of stress ! It's good to have a professional friend that know's how to make it happen and Roger McClure is that man. From day one to the last he was there for support. The day he handed me my check was one HAPPY DAY !

I would like to personally recommend Roger. I was going to try to sell my home myself....I am sure glad I came across Roger. He was NEVER pushy. He was knowledgeable about selling my home and helping me secure my new home. I could have made so many mistakes, but thanks to his expertise it was a good experience. Meeting Roger was a chance encounter and one that I will be forever grateful for. He tirelessly looked for homes for us before we decided to build and since has walked us through the steps of financing, securing a lot, dealing with our builder and anything else we've needed along the way. Roger made the process of buying my first home so much easier. He was always available and was able to answer all of my questions. He went out of his way on several occasions to make this a positive experience for me. He even got someone to come fix the AC and met them at the house after we had closed while i was at work and unable to handle. I would highly recommend him for help with buying a home!
