Living in the Tulsa area since 1992, Sheila Young specializes in residential real estate and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She went to Spartan School of Aeronautics from 1996-1999 and worked diligently to obtain her Commercial and Instrument Pilot's licenses. In 2012 she began her career as a realtor, and the same work ethic follows her to this day. Her strong negotiation skills, competitive edge, and desire for growth and development have made her a top multi-million producer who has consistently earned awards for her work.

Shelia has sold several properties for me and a family member over the last several years. She possesses a vast knowledge about the present market. Ask her any questions about the buyer/seller process and she will provide you with a "spot" on response. Timely response to "any" questions regarding the "process" is always forth coming. Always keeps the individual in the loop about where you are in the "process". Normally she anticipates your questions. She is a very aggressive/driven individual which I feel servers her well in her work. Extremely polite, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family as a real estate agent. I feel that she has yet to realize her full potential.

Sheila is an extremely awesome real estate Agent and I recommend her 1000 percent ! She is very helpful at staging suggestions. Her picture gal is wonderful. She stayed on top of all showings and kept me informed every step of the way from showings through contract, inspections and closing. She had my house sold within two days of it being on the market. She works very well with other agents, banks, and closing companies, maintaining her loyalty foremost to her seller. She also has many good connections to point you in the right direction for anything that you may need done to your house in preparation for putting it on the market. Highly recommend - you won't be sorry.

She genuinely cares about you and goes above and beyond any expectations to ensure that everything goes not just right, but perfect! Sheila pays attention to details, and acts on things that I would have never thought about and gets them done without being asked! My wife and I worked with Sheila for almost two years. We were looking for very specific qualities in a home that included both property and a large shop, and needed to be within a designated distance from work. She was both diligent and patient with the search until the home that best fit our needs was located. After the purchase we also worked with her to sell our existing home. Once again she proved to be diligent and professional throughout the process. If we were to need the services of a realtor again, she would be our first and only choice.

Sheila is always helpful, going above and beyond to work for her clients. In selling our property, she came out and spoke with us about what and how we wanted the property sold and she ran with it from there. She found a buyer and negotiated an excellent deal for us and completed the transaction with minimal effort on our part. If we buy or sell another property in the future, we will definitely be using her again. I cannot speak highly enough about her personality and the way she handles the process. I highly, highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.

Sheila is amazing!! She sold our home in no time, hassle-free!! Sheila handled everything for us!! I work about 2 hours away and Sheila was very responsive in showing our home, helping us get the last of everything out, getting repairs done etc... I was really worried about selling and being exhausted with packing, moving, getting settled into our new home and getting the old home together to be sold, as well as making it to work..Sheila took Care of everything and it all went smoothly!! I would never look for anyone else to buy or sell a home for me.....Sheila is a 1 Woman show, that gets it done..
