For Seller’s:
I provide the most up to date marketing strategies and a team approach to getting your home sold. You’ll be working with my staging and photography professionals, a dedicated creative team, as well as the latest technologies tools for social media advertising; resulting in offers, and ultimately a contract for the highest price in the least amount of time.
For Buyer’s:
I will tailor your home search to match your specific needs and wants in your home, so that I can provide you with those listings matching your criteria. I work around your schedules, and will do all the heavy lifting, from setting up personal showings, insuring you do not pay too much, writing the offer, to securing a contract, conducting inspections and making sure you get to a successful closing. I want to make your home buying process stress free.
Communication is paramount in any business and I pride myself in being a thoughtful and thorough communicator. I ask each client how they are most comfortable being communicated with so I can custom tailor my approach with them personally.
Creating a genuine connection with my clients is the basis for everything that I do in my business. If we both feel that “the fit” is right, then your experience in purchasing or selling your home with me will be spectacular.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and sons as well as friends and family near and far. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, playing golf, and spoiling my 2 puppies.
