Paula Day guided me through the complex process of selling our home on Keystone Lake. During this five-month period numerous unexpected challenges arose, especially during the final month. She was persistent in hosting open-house events during the hot summer. She is a hard working and in the know lady.. Its not her fault that I have not found a house yet... It has to do with personal health problems concerning my wife. She has e=mailed me several houses I would have normally bought. She is working in the area's we want. Actually, I feel like she is doing her job, but we are not able to move when we wanted to, and it looks like it will be at least a couple more months before we can move. I'm hoping we can get out of here and to Oklahoma by November. I know she will have something for us at that time. I just don't want her to waste any time on us until we have money in hand. We want it to be a cash type purchase.

We were looking for a house for quite some time, where we met Paula on one of the Open house we attended. We called her up and she followed up professionally and arranged for the viewing in a short time, Within 2 weeks we signed up for a house. She sent frequent reminders on the pending things to be taken care to ensure smooth closing and help us with the procedures. Our experience was fine and closing was smooth as planned. My husband and I closed on our house 3 weeks ago and used Paula Day. She was very patient with us and did NOT pressure us into buying quickly which was important to my husband and I. When it came time for inspections, she encouraged us to do as many as we would need to feel comfortable and she disclosed everything about the house. We felt like we had all the information we needed to make a sound decision. She also puts ethics above money and we both really appreciate and admire that! We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
