Paula Day guided me through the complex process of selling our home on Keystone Lake. During this five-month period numerous unexpected challenges arose, especially during the final month. She was persistent in hosting open-house events during the hot summer. These attracted several potential buyers until she identified one family who dearly "loved" our home and stayed through the difficult time. They offered the best price. Paula patiently guided me through difficult conversations that adjusted my expectations. Her knowledge guided me to the finish event even as "surprises" arose. I always felt that she held our interests as the top priority relative to those of other parties during this trek.
