My name is Bonnie Gross and I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you buy or sell a home! I started my real estate career in 2001 and am a full-time Realtor Broker Associate. Having used Bonnie Gross twice for selling and buying homes, we can honestly say she is the ultimate professional. She has been thorough in assessing our selling and buying needs and willing to "go the extra yard" to see those needs met. Her calm demeanor is reassuring to sellers/buyers during all phases of the real estate transactions. She knows trends, home values, etc. and shares her expertise willingly by providing the necessary materials to her clients to help them make the best possible decisions. My wife and I really appreciate Bonnie's extra efforts and time spent in dealing with the builder and all the necessary people to get us into the house we purchased in Claremore, OK. Bonnie was constantly on the ball answering every question without hesitation or acquiring the information in relation to our questions. She went above and beyond any real estate individual we have dealt with in the past. Sghe kept us abreast of everything that was happening at each step of the way and was able to finish the process by getting everything in the house we wanted plus additional items; she was the one that performed the final walk through before purchase and kept tract of each item to be sure it was completed before we moved into the house. Again we have dealt with several real estate agents of the years, but none were even close with the professionalism and energy that Bonnie displayed. This testimonial does not really do her justice as to her expert professional help she delivered and we very much appreciate her.
