Eva is a lifelong Tulsan, so knows the city very well. We had a long process between settling on a price, and closing, and many issues came up. Eva had to make multiple contacts with the listing agent, which she readily did.

Eva Baumgarten was most excellent to work with in getting my house sold in less than 2 days!!! She has a calming & reassuring personality at a most stressful time for a seller. She did her homework, and hit the nail on the head for what she thought my house would sell for. Eva took her time with me, answering all questions and making helpful suggestions for pictures and showings. I moved out of state, and she went above and beyond to take care of details that I could not deal with long distance. I very highly recommend Eva to anyone wanting to sell your home.

I’ve known Eva for nearly ten years. In that time she has helped me sell three homes and purchase two more. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, ethical, extremely reliable and very patient. She has done a fantastic job marketing my homes and getting top dollar when I’ve been selling, and has worked tirelessly to find the right home at the right price when I’ve been buying. She does a wonderful job navigating through the stress and complexity of real estate transactions and doesn’t hesitate to offer help and make herself available at every stage. I love Eva (pronounced “Eh-vah”). She was so helpful with both us buying the home we are currently in and selling our other home. When we were looking to buy, she helped us make a list of what we wanted and then found houses that fit the list we wanted in the price range we wanted as well. I had a very busy almost two year old at that point and going anywhere with him was not easy, to say it nicely. Eva sent me the Zillow listings of houses she had found that had everything on our list, houses she thought we might want to see even if they were missing some items on our list, and if I had found something on Zillow I liked, she would look into it for us. I appreciated her honesty in telling us when she wasn’t sure about something, and her promptness in finding and relaying the information to us. She was never hard to contact with a text or voice mail and was always timely in responding back to us.
When we stalled out on putting our old home on the market and didn’t know what to do, she helped talk us through different choices we could make about how much time and money we wanted to invest in it before listing it. When we made that decision, she worked to help us find a buyer at the price we wanted to sell the house. A weight has been lifted off us and we appreciate all of Eva’s hard work, professionalism, and kindness. It was really hard for me to sell the house we brought our babies home to from the hospital when they were born. Eva made it feel much less daunting.

I cannot say enough good things about Eva. My parents used her to purchase their home 16 years ago, and she helped me purchase my first home.
Very knowledgeable and experienced. She has a large network of home inspectors, appraisers, contractors - anyone you need.
Very fast response to questions, and always available to help.

Eva estimated the market price of my project house which gave me hope of actually turning profit. Eventually, working with a fellow agent, she identified a ready buyer and the house was under contract without ever being listed and at full asking price. The actual selling price was precisely within the range Eva estimated. I would also note that Eva has patiently worked with me for 3 or 4 years, looking at potentially project houses, but I never bought until this particular project.

I cannot say enough good things about Eva. She stuck with me and showed me 31...that's right....THIRTY ONE homes. The 31st one was the "lucky one". Not once did she flinch or even appear that she was tired of the search. She talked with me on a personal level and gave me sage advice when I asked for it. I would recommend anyone I know that's looking for a home to contact Eva. She's amazing and I promise they would not be disappointed.

Eva showed me houses that met my criteria and did not waste my time showing houses that were way off target. She listened to my opinions of what I saw to improve the selections of which properties to view.
She led me through the contract, inspection, and closing processes to keep me aware of status. Eva even went out of her way to show the house to my family when I was not available to accompany them.

I’ve had Eva as my realtor on 6 transactions and she is great! Eva knows her markets very well. She also helps negotiate through the loan and inspection process. On one house we sold we had multiple offers and set the standard for the neighborhood and that happened the first week. Another house had a full price offer the first week. On the buy side we found properties we love.

Eva had a contract for us within days of our listing our house with her. When the buyer had to break the contract just before closing, she had another buyer contracted within hours. Eva was always available, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She works hard and will get your house sold and help you find the perfect new one.
