I’ve now used Alice three times, and I am convinced she must be the best realtor in the greater Tulsa area! She knows her business. When selling, she didn’t over-recommend what needed to be done so that my house would appeal to buyers. She informed, I followed her simple instructions, and my home sold quickly. Alice coordinated the business that happened before closing. Same thing with buying a house. She listened to what was important to me. She did not take me to see houses over my stated budget. She worked with buyer’s realtor, arranged inspections, made common sense recommendations, and coordinated with closers. Much anxiety can accompany the sell and purchase of one’s home. Alice erased my worries. I’m a happy seller and a happy buyer…largely thanks to Alice.

Throughout our buying process, Alice went above and beyond what is ever expected of a realtor to help us find and get into our home. We encountered several challenges because we were moving from another city to Tulsa. Alice is the only reason we did not lose our minds through our home buying process.
