We knew Ron in our personal lives before we asked for his professional help. When we thought we might be moving, we asked Ron to come and give us advice about our property and our long range plans. His opinions and advice were welcomed by us and helped us continue planning for our future. We followed his ideas about repairs and packing and timing. He kept us informed and updated during the entire process. We felt secure in the activities of this "very big deal" for us! Our showings and sale went well, remarkably well, and we could not have been more pleased with the results. Ron was very professoinal in his initial meeting with us, which is why we chose him to list our home. We were relocated and time was of the essence, Ron held an open house the first weekend after listing our home. He was always very professonal and provided immediate responses to any questions or concerns that we had. Our home sold in 18 days, we were very happy with Ron and would highly recommend him.

My house had been on the market for 6 months with another agency. When that contract expired, I contacted Ron. I had known of him and his wife through church. Ron was able to bring me 3 contracts and close on the third contract within the first 3 months of our listing. He was available and conscientious. His office was near my listing and, on several occasions, he opened and closed my house for repairmen, saving me from taking leave from work. When repairs were needed for closing, he referred me to a quality workman who made those repairs quickly. I wish I had called Ron first. He would have saved me money and worry.

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Ron Sumner. I would highly recommend him to everyone. We found him while we were touring open houses and had an instant connection with him. It may have been that we were alumni from the same college and from the same state (not Oklahoma), but Ron was easy to connect with and had ample knowledge about the real estate market and the city that we were looking at.

We were first time buyers, and Ron did an excellent job guiding us the whole way through the process. We weren't easy buyers as he took us to over 20+ homes! He was very patient with us, and worked at finding a time to see houses even though our schedules were hectic and we were often gone on the weekends. If we wanted to go look at a house, Ron had the viewing scheduled promptly.

When we finally found the house, you would think the hard stuff would be over, but it was just beginning. The buyers as well as us were in a unique situation because we needed to stay in our current residences for longer than usual (past the closing date). Ron was very receptive of this and was helpful in negotiating this with the sellers and their Realtor. Honestly, if it wasn't for Ron, we would have given up. He was very helpful in keeping us informed about what was going on and educated us about the process. We also had some roadblocks with the inspections. Again, Ron went above and beyond and scheduled people to come make estimates about the repairs that needed to be made. He also kept in close contact with the inspector to make sure the repairs would fix the issues. In the end, all the repairs were made with no cost to us, and we give much credit to Ron for this.

While our house has been bought, and we won’t move in for a bit, Ron still plans to be part of the process even though his part it over. It truly shows that he is invested in his clients and wants the entire process of buying a home to go smooth and be enjoyable. We definitely appreciate that especially when we still have questions that need to be answered.

If you’re looking for an agent that will work hard for you and truly do everything possible to find your ideal home, then Ron is the person you want to talk to. Ron’s real estate knowledge is vast, and he is helpful in understanding what you want in the buying process and in your future home. If we decide to sell or buy again in the future, Ron is the only person we will call.
