Erin helped my husband and I buy our first house. She was always available and was able to make appointments for us to tour homes very fast. We never felt rushed to put in any offers and when we did we were able to discuss with Erin what what she thought would be a good offer given our budget and circumstances. When we did get an excepted offer Erin stayed with us through the entire process, she was there for the inspection, the walk through and also kept in contact with the selling agent and our mortgage company through the entire process making sure everything was moving along in a timely manner.

Erin was very available to us throughout the process of listing and selling our home while at the same time buying another. She listens well and doesn't try to sway or make decisions for you but will offer suggestions and advice if asked. Erin kept us informed through the process so we knew exactly what was happening at any time. Erin is very personable and caring and it is obvious that she enjoys her chosen career by the excellent customer service that she gives!

Erin was so on top of everything from the start, she came to the first meeting with information on the property we were looking to sell. She did a great job making sure the property was listed everywhere it should be, and getting great photos not just of the house, but aerial photos of the property as well! With multiple offers on the table starting from the first day of the property being listed Erin compiled really easy to use spreadsheets to compare and contrast the various offers and their differences. We also used Erin to look for a new house, and again she was so efficient and organized! The entire process of selling and buying went so well we were able to close on both properties the same day. We would HIGHLY recommend Erin, she's available, organized, and listens to what her clients are looking for.Thank you Erin!
