This was our second time with Erica to buy and first to sell, so needless to say, there was a lot more on our plate than the first time we worked with her. She was so patient and heard everyone of our concerns/needs/wishes as we navigated through both buying and selling. She is so educated and caring and we cannot sing her praises enough! She and Kandi helped us with every detail, nothing too big or small, along the way, even checking in after we’d been settled in our house for a few weeks. They both go above and beyond, which is a rare quality these days. While we plan on being in this home for the long haul, we would GLADLY use them again in the future and send everyone her way that’s looking for a realtor need.

I met Erica Dufour at an Open House she was hosting about 5 years ago. We didn’t purchase the home she was showing and we already had an agent helping us to find a home. Five years later, I lost my husband and I decided to relocate closer to my family. I remembered how professional as well as customer-oriented Erica had been and I knew she was the person I wanted to help me sell our home. She was always available to answer any questions and she gave me excellent suggestions on how to make my home more presentable to potential buyers. My house sold on the 2nd day it was listed. She was there for me from the beginning through the closing date and helped me through every obstacle that came my way. She is an excellent real estate professional.

We worked with Erica to sell a rental property. Living out of the area we were concerned about how we would take care of anything and everything that would need to get done. Erica was wonderful, she coordinated with vendors and managed every aspect from getting the property ready for listing through closing. She was very attentive and responsive.
