Polly has showed me multiple homes over the years. I finally found my home this year! She assisted with negotiations between myself and the sellers realtor. She was able to find me multiple homes that met my criteria. She was also able to provide multiple recommendations for all the home inspections I needed and scheduled everything. There were even times when I couldn’t make it to an inspection and she stood in my place and asked the necessary questions. Would recommend!

In the past 20 years my family has moved 6 different times in 3 different states. In Tulsa alone, we have moved 3 times! To say that we have knowledge of good and bad realtors would be an understatement. We came to Polly with a list of "wishes" and she found the perfect home for our family, while also making sure to steer us away from money pits. When we put the offer on our home, Polly was an effective negotiator, and was able to guide us through inspections and repairs, while also making sure everything was happening on a timely schedule. Polly was so wonderful to work with. She helped us so much, and was willing to help any way she could! She was so patient in the who k e process. We listed on Monday, had eight showings, with three written offers by Wednesday. Then closed for weeks later!! I would recommend her 100%!!!
