A very special personal thank you to Ms. Amanda Fraley for her excellence in her profession. Ms. Fraley's combination of perseverance and dependability was the defining factor of my ability to sell my home. My home, when on the market initially, was unable to sell under a different realtor. When I contacted Ms. Fraley, I was reassured that she was able to do what another big realty agency was not able to do. She was with me every step of the way, and despite having my own pessimism and questions, she used her values and judgement to execute everything exactly how we planned from the start. Amanda was fantastic! She sold our home in less time than expected, was professional and handled every obstacle like a true champ. Selling a home is never easy but Amanda was honest and up front with us about every detail and that made everything go so much smoother! When you can trust a realtor, you feel like you are working with a true friend. With Amanda, it's more like a family member helping you through a milestone, not just someone selling your home.
