They did it, AGAIN!

I needed to sell my Mother's house as-is. It was old and not in the best shape. There were several issues, all of which should have caused delays in the sale of the house.

Before we even listed the house, they spent time with me providing guidance on the things I could do to improve the chances of selling it and to increase the asking price, without spending money.

Just like when they listed my previous house, we had offers the day it was listed and it was sold within a week! We even closed in two weeks! Jaye, as always, kept me informed every step of the way.

Four years ago they helped me purchase my current home. A quick sale of my home at the time was needed, as I was would be paying two mortgages until it sold. They sold it the day it was listed!

I will always recommend Jaye and Tim to anyone I know that needs to buy or sell a home.

I love my new home but if I ever need to sell or buy again, they will be by my side! They have been such a blessing in my life, and I consider them my friends.

We didn't have a realtor yet and they were willing to take us on and they ended up helping us find the perfect house! Select Jaye and Tim Lollis to buy or sell a house!!!!!!!
Just like when I bought my new house, Jaye and Tim were amazing when I sold my old house. We met to fill out the paperwork to list my house on Valentine's day 2017. It was listed the next afternoon, was sold that evening and we closed two weeks after that! Communication was instantaneous. The minute they had information/details they called or sent a text. They provided expertise and reassurance throughout the process. You just can't get service any better than that! We have one more house to sell and they will be right beside me all the way!!!!! Highly recommend!

Jaye and Tim were absolutely amazing. I was in the driveway of the house I wanted to see and called to see when they could meet me there. Jaye said they would be right there. They also met me on a moments notice a couple of other times so I could show it to my daughter and husband. They stayed in touch with me almost daily throughout the process and when there were issues, changes or they received answers to our questions, they responded immediately! Jaye was very patient with me as I was so anxious to finalize everything and proceed to closing. When there was an issue with the appraisal, Jaye never got irritated or tired of my questions and frustrations . She was comforting and so very understanding and kind.
I will be using them when I sell my house and my husband will be using them to sell his. Could not ask for or expect a better experience with a Realtor. Highly recommend them!
