If you are looking for an realtor, stop looking! He's right here. My wife and I looked for the right home for us and our three boys and Lawrence was there the whole way helping, just like part of the family. There was times he even wouldn't let us think about a house because he saw the problems with it that we didn't see. Never once was he pushing us. Every house we went into, he looked in vents, the water heaters, the HVAC units. He pointed out the things that would be problems in the future that we just didn't know. And when we found one we would consider, his remark was the same: "On closing day, I want you to be happy with no regrets." He wants all of his clients to find the house that's right for them, not just a house. We've looked at nearly 30 homes together before we found the right one, and the whole time he had a smile on his face telling us the same thing, "I just want you to find the right house for you." He has gone beyond being a realtor, to being a friend. He's called after we bought our house to see how we're doing. I can't say how great he is at his job. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sale a house. In the future, I will always use him if we ever sale our home and get a new one. If you need a realtor - He's right here!

Lawrence accompanied us from the beginning of our search to the 'at last' discovery of our new home. He was tireless in his help as we went from house to house-------he encouraged us, gave us valuable information about restaurants and sports in the Tulsa area. We didn't know anything, being from out of state, and his conversations helped us to feel so much more at home. When it came to negotiations, he became our advocate and really pressed to secure for us a very fair contract. His coaching was invaluable. He saw to it that nothing important on our behalf got lost in the process. He insisted on everything being done right. He's a jewel and we are grateful to have found him.

Four years ago, i used my navy federal bank for mortgage loan. My bank has a program called RealtyPlus, they help me find an experience, knowledge, and expert realtors in the area i live. They recommended me Lawrence Sullivan. This guy is down to earth, funny, and has very good sense humor. Beside that, he’s very good of what he does. He has years of background in construction. When he shows you a house, he looks inside and outside of the house for faulty while you touring inside the home. He pay very close attention to what you like and dislike, so he can pick the right houses for you to see on the next showing.Four years later, i called Lawrance again to help me purchase a second home. He welcome us with open arms and we closed on this house a month later. I will recommend Lawrence to my friends and will use him again on my next house purchase. Lawrence is not a realtor that just help you sell/buy houses. He helps you buy/sell houses with ethic, professional, and an expert in the field. I’m highly recommend to everyone.
