You would be hard pressed to find a realtor who will work harder for her clients! We listed our house with Sarah on a Wednesday and had showings that night. We received 2 offers by that Saturday. Her negotiations enabled us to receive asking price. The whole process was far less stressful than we had expected, due to Sarah and her willingness to answer every question we had, no matter how many. We will be recommending Sarah to anyone we meet who is need of a realtor!

Ok, so I NEVER write revieww - But, Sarah is freaking amazing!! She does not pressure you like other realtor's and gives you space. She does not act like some other realtor's who seem "desperate" for the sale. She got to know my husband and I pretty well. I felt so bad for her, since for a while we couldnt find a house my husband and i agreed on and we always fought about it haha! Anyways, one day we stumble into this beautiful house in yorktown that was a steal (my husband wasnt too sure when he was looking at the pictures - bad quality pics). IT WAS EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND MORE - GREAT QUALITY. She was so knowledgable about the builder's in town, and what builders were cheap quality work. When it was time to offer, she came up with great ideas to get us a deal and went above and beyond on every level. Even after we closed she is still helping us with specific things. I would recommend everyone to use Sarah - please!! You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

Sarah is a real go get er!! She sold our 2 houses, and sold us one. We had lots of ups and downs in the whole process and she helped hold things togather with a lot of solutions.Thank you Sarah
