This was my first experience with Diana. I will certainly use Diana for my future real estate endeavors. I was so excited to purchase my lake cabin and Diana’s vast experience made the whole process so easy. She was so accommodating to show us other cabins at Grand Lake, which is quite a distance from Tulsa. There were a couple of complications, but Diana’s commitment to seeing the process through, beginning to end, ensured that her extensive knowledge of problem-solving would see us through to the end. I would certainly give her 5 stars for sure!

We have had three experiences with Ms Holton. We had some land to sell out of state, and she referred us to a fellow Certified Resident Agent in that state. That experience was great; the agency to whom Ms Holton referred us was wonderful to work with.We also asked Ms Holton to sell a property for us here in our home town. She was a joy to work with. She listened to us, treated us respectfully, guided us when we needed guidance, and sold the property for a price we were happy with.And finally, we asked her to help when my father died early this year, and I was called upon to settle his estate, which included selling his home. Once again, she was delightful to work with, which was very important in that difficult, emotionally draining time. Not only did she do a great job selling the property, she could keep me laughing while doing it.We would gladly recommend Ms Holton to anyone needing an experienced, highly qualified real estate agent.

This is the 2nd home that Diana has assisted us with and things have went perfect with both transactions. She was very thorough in her analysis and recommendations and we are confident that she will broker her clients the best deal. Her commitment to seeing the process through, beginning to end, insured that each close remained smooth and on time. Five stars for sure!

Diana was extremely helpful in the sale of our first home. She knew what our break even point was and wouldn’t accept any offer less than that. She has been selling homes in the Tulsa area for decades and her experience shows. When problems/hiccups came up she always had suggestions for us based on her previous experiences and that made the selling process so convenient, especially since my wife and I were living 1000 miles apart because of my job. Although closing took longer than expected (because of the pandemic and not because of anything she did) she was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond many times. 10/10 would recommend.

Having Diana represent us with our family's recent home purchase was was a tremendous pleasure. She was the consummate professional from beginning to end. Without her managing the entire process for us, there is no doubt that things would not have gone as smoothly as they did. Diana exceeded expectations with her customer service while also providing the peace of mind of having a highly competent agent. She is exceptional at artfully navigating within this industry and with its various other stakeholders. I can think of no better person to represent me in my next real estate acquisition!

Diana was so good to work with. She was very helpful and kind. She has a wonderful personality and I think she could get along with anyone in the world (cause I'm pretty hard to work with and she just rolled with it)! She was super patient with us as we were out of town buyers moving to Tulsa and she made it possible for us to find an amazing house before we moved down. I highly recommend her!

Diana Holton is a wonderful realtor! She handled the sale of our land with no trouble.She posted signs,placed our land in magazines and in numerous websites. We had a buyer in no time.She was very responsive to our questions about the selling process and was able to get back to us at anytime of the day.I would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.
