My name is Shohreh Gardner and I have been blessed to be a successful full-time realtor in the Tulsa area for almost 20 years. This is important for you to know because unlike most professions, there are many part-time people and some who think it is easy and then quit when they discover the hard work involved. You must know who you are hiring.
A quality, full-time professional real estate agent wears many hats. I am truly a 24/7/365 worker. My hours of operation are when you need me to work for you. YOU are my employer. Anyone can open a door and show you a home or get an idea on how to sell your home, but then, the REAL work starts.
One of my greatest strengths is contract knowledge. It is probably the least thought about, but most important asset that your realtor can have. If a contract is negotiated or written poorly, it can turn a great situation into a nightmare. Conversely, it can keep a bad situation from ever happening.
How many realtors are home designers, movers, landscape architects, dog sitters, cat finders, house cleaners, siding and porch power washers, key makers and more? I have done all of this and much more. Honestly, I find it all joyful if it leads to my clients reaching their goals.
Maybe that is one of the reasons I have sold almost $50 million of real estate in my career. My license is with Coldwell Banker Select. My company name is BOSISTA LLC. It is an acronym meaning, “Big Or Small I Sell Them All”
I love my job because I really can fulfill people’s dreams. A home is usually the largest purchase we make. I want to be their guide in this important decision. I want to help them get the most from their investment when they sell. I am a referral-based realtor. I invest in many forms of advertising but repeat buyers and sellers are my bread and butter.
